Kind words from one of our Apprentices

It is always fantastic to receive feedback about our apprentices once they complete their framework.  Thomas completed his Advanced Apprenticeship at Tech Centre, Normanton and took time to drop us a line with the following words of thanks…

From all at Appris, we wish you the best in your engineering career.

Dear Appris,

I successfully completed my 3 year apprenticeship course with Appris. For the last year of my apprenticeship, I studied at Appris. I would like to thank Micheal Bojczuk for helping and advising me throughout the apprenticeship program. Micheal motivated me the whole way and, I admit that I probably wasn’t the easiest person to manage as I had a negative attitude towards my college work. Micheal helped and pushed me to see what could be achieved and gave me a positive outlook towards successfully completing the course.

I would also like to thank Gary Spowage, who trained me at Appris and also tutored me at Wakefield College. Gary is an excellent Tutor and has great ways of explaining things. He makes learning interesting, which draws students attention. Gary was very patient with me as I was quite slow with my work, he would always offer extra help, he’s a great guy!

Also, thank you, Mark Butcher, for seeing me through my course and having faith in me for completing the course.

Cheers Appris, it was really hard work, and I can’t say I enjoyed it at the time but I am so glad I stuck at it, and great people helped me through. Now I have my certificate, and I am already moving fast, I start a new job in a couple of weeks, so things are looking up!

Thanks.
