Qualifications and Apprenticeship Components
- Level 3 NVQ Extended Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (competency) – studied in the workplace.
- Level 3 or 4 Technical Certificate (knowledge) study at college or training centre, usually day release.
- Functional Skills Level 2, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, Personal Learning and Thinking.

- Higher Apprenticeship in Engineering, HNC, HND, Foundation
